Nothing beats Movember for raising public awareness of Men's Health issues. In 2024, Men's Health and Suicide Prevention, Prostate Cancer and Testicular Cancer are in focus.

It's one thing to don an extravagant Mo, but you could also consider wearing a light blue ribbon, which is the primary colour for Men's Health issues.

International Men's Day Cupcakes

This year International Men's Day is being celebrated on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. But really, anytime this month is a good time to celebrate the positive qualities men bring to the world, their families and communities. The theme for 2024 is "Zero Male Suicide" and nothing could be greater in offering them support to become their best selves and live a life they're proud of.
