There are four simple methods to receive Black Velvet Sydney products.

1. Sydney Careful Courier Delivery
Specialised couriers delivering all our products all over Sydney.
Shipping rates similar to UberX fare rates, recommend for:

Inner-Sydney cupcake deliveries (all quantities) bounded by Bronte, Bondi, Kensington, Mascot, Marrickville, Camperdown, North Sydney, Mossman - refer to the table above with courier delivery rates.
All celebration cakes and balloon product deliveries.
Time-critical deliveries.

2. Off-Peak Outer-Sydney/National Shipping (Designer Cupcakes Only)
Minimum 12 standard cupcakes for delivery to outer Sydney and around Australia. We use Star-Track Couriers Premium Service, which arrive next business day tasting just like they were eaten in store. Important things to note about this service:

The box is twelve standard size cupcakes (not-mini).
If you need Sydney delivery at a specific time, choose the Careful Courier Delivery - we can deliver anywhere, it can get expensive though! Contact Us if this option isn't available for your order.
Cannot be used for Cakes, Cakepops or Balloons.
Orders MUST be placed by midday and are shipped same day to arrive at any Australian capital city after 8am and before midday the next day. Most regional locations are by 5pm the next day. If you need delivery a later date, please let us know in the order notes section of the cart page.
Let us know any special instructions for delivery in the order notes section of the cart page.
If no one is there to receive the goods, they will be left in a safe place with delivery confirmation emails. These goods are perishable and will not survive next-day redelivery. While all care is taken, we do not reship, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring the recipient (or another trusted person) will be at the designated location to receive the cupcakes. Always good to deliver to offices over residences.
This option can only deliver Tuesdays to Fridays.
Price is calculated in Checkout. Melbourne/Brisbane starting at $25, Adelaide starting at $35, Perth starting at $45.

3. Darlinghurst Concept Store Pick-Up
Located 2kms from the CBD near the King's Cross Coca-Cola sign, our concept store is open:
Monday-Fri - 8am-5pm
Saturday 10am-3pm
Sunday 10am-12pm (pre-booked)

4. Custom Deliveries
For large cupcake orders (>200 cupcakes, multiple locations) either within Sydney or nationwide, please contact us with details of your requirements and we can plan a cost-effective logistical solution for you.
